What this site is, and what it is not
SubwayMealsGuide exists for one reason: so you can find a price, a calorie count or a nutrition figure without opening six different tabs. This page explains where the numbers come from, how we handle them, and where they stop being reliable.
What this guide covers
What this guide is
SubwayMealsGuide is an independent reference built so you can find the Subway menu, prices and calorie estimates in one place. Sandwiches, wraps, bowls, breakfast, salads, sides, drinks and every customisation option are sorted into plain categories that are quick to scan.
How prices are handled
Restaurant pricing changes with the country, state, city and the individual franchise. We follow public menu information, official announcements and seasonal promotions, then note where tax, regional policy, delivery fees or local offers can move the final number.
Calories and nutrition
Estimated calorie figures sit next to every price so you can compare meals on a second axis. Bread, cheese, sauces, portion size and toppings all move the total, which is why the builder recalculates as you tap.
Our accuracy promise
An editorial pass runs over price moves, item changes and nutrition updates on a regular cadence. Nothing here is affiliated with or endorsed by Subway, so always confirm with your nearest restaurant before ordering.
Our commitment to accuracy
We review menu changes, pricing updates and nutrition information on a regular basis so the content stays as close to current as we can reasonably keep it. Even so, availability, prices, ingredients and nutritional values can differ by location and change without notice.
- Every price is a 6-inch starting price in US dollars, before tax and delivery fees.
- Calorie numbers are estimates from standard recipes, not laboratory measurements.
- Gluten-free bread and certain items are available only at selected locations.
- Cross-contact during food preparation is possible — always ask the restaurant if you have an allergy.
- Anyone with a medical condition should speak to a qualified professional before changing their diet.
Where the numbers come from
Prices and nutrition figures are compiled from publicly published Subway menu materials, official announcements and seasonal promotions, then cross-checked against the full nutrition tables. Where a card view and a table view disagreed, we use the full table figure because it describes the standard recipe rather than a headline number.
A few corrections we made during the last editorial pass: a snack item was listed at two different prices, a sauce appeared twice while another was missing, and several items showed one calorie count on the card and a different one in the table. Those are now consistent.
If a number here disagrees with your receipt, the receipt wins. Restaurants price and prepare food locally, and only they know the price you will be charged.
The SubwayMealsGuide editorial team
This site is maintained by a small independent editorial team rather than a single anonymous author. We describe the work by role so it is clear who is responsible for what.
Menu & price research
Tracks published Subway menus, seasonal launches and announced price changes across the United States, and records the date each figure was last confirmed. Where regional pricing differs, we publish the national starting price and say so plainly.
Nutrition & data verification
Reconciles calorie, protein and macronutrient figures against the full nutrition tables, resolves conflicts between card and table values, and checks that allergen and gluten guidance matches the ingredient lists rather than assumptions.
Editorial standards
Applies the same rules every time: state the portion size, state whether a number is an estimate, never present a figure as guaranteed, and link readers to the restaurant for anything that varies locally.
Corrections and updates
Last reviewed: . If you find a figure that looks wrong, note the item name and your city, then check the official local menu before telling us — if their number differs from ours, ours is the one that needs fixing, and we will correct it.
